Nav and I hit Sunset Point in Collingwood this evening! Even though we missed having Lauri with us tonight, we held space and kept the beautiful energy flowing. Nav’s yoga flow was absolutely on point, taking the yogis through their paces in front of this gorgeous view.

As you can see from our setup the vibes are officially set for the season. The Crystal Lounge is incredibly proud to be a part of this summer lineup, providing the Sound Bath all summer long! 🌲🎶🥣

During the session, I read a beautiful passage from Moonlight Gratitude by Emily Silva. If you’re looking for a daily dose of peace and reflection, I highly, highly recommend picking up this book. It was the perfect anchor for our practice tonight. 📖🧘‍♀️

Today I returned to the corner of my home where my singing bowls once had a loyal listener.
Alfie used to sit and listen and sleep to their melodic tone drifting into dreams as the tones moved through the room. 🐕🩵
Since his passing, I’ve avoided this space the silence felt too sharp.

But today wasn’t about playing.
It was about shifting the energy, sitting in stillness, and letting peace settle where grief has been living.
A quiet practice. A gentle breath. A small step back toward harmony. 💖😌
