What a magical evening! Even with the pivot indoors, the energy in the fitness studio tonight was nothing short of incredible. 🤗💆🏻💆🏼‍♂️

We had a full house with 20 amazing guests joining us to slow down, settle in, and soak up the healing vibrations. A huge thank you to Crimson for sharing her beautiful gift of Reiki and holding such grounded, gentle energy for everyone in the room.

From the warm glow of the lights and the deep resonance of the crystal bowls to the collective stillness of a packed studio, tonight was a powerful reminder of how special this community is. Thank you to everyone who made space for themselves and joined us we left feeling completely restored. 🧘✨✨

Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of spending the day at the stunning Bahn Thai Spa in Toronto, facilitating a sound bath for some wonderful souls. There is something so grounding about bringing the resonance of my singing bowls into such a serene, intentional space.

It felt like a true "full circle" moment to be back here. This is actually where I completed my Thai Massage training years ago! Returning to share the healing power of sound in the very place where I honed my hands-on practice felt incredibly special.

A massive thank you to the lovely owner, Kate, for having me back. Bahn Thai is such a sanctuary, and Kate has truly built an authentic, restorative space. While our guests yesterday sank deep into the vibrational stillness of the sound bath, anyone who has ever experienced their traditional Thai massage knows just how deeply healing this space is.

Thank you so much to everyone who joined me on the mat yesterday. My heart is full. 💖😌

Yesterday, a beautiful circle closed as I officially received my Reiki Level 2 certification.

My Reiki journey actually began 13 years ago. While I am just now formalizing and expanding this chapter of my learning, the truth is that this universal energy has never left my side. Looking back, I don't think there was ever a moment where I wasn't naturally weaving Reiki into my spa services and sound baths.

Reiki is a universal energy it flows through absolutely everything and connects us all. I am so deeply grateful to expand my practice, elevate the energy I bring to our shared spaces, and continue my own path of self-healing.

A massive thank you to my wonderful family, friends, and my teacher, Ms. Kat, for your ongoing support of my practice. Your encouragement means the world to me.
